01Our commitment

If an intimate visual depiction of you appears on tely without your consent — including AI-generated or digitally altered imagery — you can have it removed. You do not need a tely account to use this process. This page describes the removal process we provide under the federal TAKE IT DOWN Act.

02How to request removal

Email support@telyapp.com with the subject line "Take It Down" and include:

• Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is sufficient)
• Enough information for us to locate the image on tely — for example, a link to the profile or post where it appears, the username of the account, or a description of where you saw it
• A brief statement that you have a good-faith belief the image depicts you (or the person you are authorized to represent) and was published without that person's consent, including any relevant information that may help us evaluate the request
• Contact information where we can reach you (an email address is enough)

Do not attach or re-send the image itself — we do not need it to process your request.

03What happens next

We will remove validly reported intimate imagery within 48 hours of receiving a complete request, and make reasonable efforts to identify and remove any known identical copies on the Service. We will confirm the outcome at the contact information you provide. Requests are handled confidentially; records of removal requests are retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

04If you are acting for someone else

A parent or legal guardian, or another person authorized to act on behalf of the person depicted, may submit a request using the same process. Tell us your relationship to the person depicted.

05Other content concerns

This process is specifically for intimate imagery shared without consent. For any other content that violates our Terms of Service — harassment, impersonation, spam, or copyright (see our DMCA page) — use the in-app report feature or email support@telyapp.com.
